There are two Double Rooms on the ground/street level (Ground Level / Street Level - Deluxe Double and Ground Level / Street Level - Superior Double, 25 sq.m. and 35 sq.m, respectively), each with its own private entrance at the façade of the building.

First & Second Level
The first and second level comprise four more Double Rooms (Superior Doubles - First & Second Level) of 35 sq.m. each.
