Avaton Luxury Suites is a high quality residence on the beautiful island of Folegandros. Spread over an area of 12,000 sqm and fully in keeping with the Cycladic landscape, Avaton offers amazing panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands. Arguably, one of the best views you will find anywhere in Greece..

Located 750m from the main village of Folegandros (Chora), there is an old donkey path where you can walk into the resort centre in daylight hours which takes approx. 10-12 min.

Avaton features spacious suites, simple Cycladic architectural lines and unpretentious luxury. Prime location, ample outdoor spaces and privacy, combined with genuine hospitality and personal service.

Avaton offers 9 elegant suites that can accommodate 2 or 3 guests. They are very high quality and extremely spacious. Clean lines, a white palette that is complemented by discrete dark details, ample natural light, and the use of quality materials form a sense of luxury and serenity.

Suites range in size from 42 to 54 sqm.
There are two Emerald Suites and 7 Diamond Suites (2 of which can accommodate up to 2 children or 1 adult on a pull-out sofa bed).
Each suite features a private balcony with panoramic sea view.

The fresh water infinity pool is large and sleekly modern and sun beds and cabanas are dotted around the pool area. There are no parasols due to the Meltemi winds that blow on occasion.

Earth Suite

Suite Size: approx. 42 sq.m. Open plan suites that feature a King-size bed with anatomic mattress. The free-standing bathtub is large enough for 2 Guests. The bathroom also offers a separate shower cabin and a separate WC. The comfortable sitting area leads to a furnished private balcony with undisturbed sea view.

Diamond Suite

Suite Size: approx. 54 sq.m. Featuring a King-size bed with anatomic mattress, Diamond Suites can accommodate 2 Guests. Some of them can accommodate an extra Guest, upon request, at a comfortable sofa-bed (1.50m x 1.95m). A desk with a laptop can be found at the spacious sitting area. The large bathrooms come with a double free-standing bathtub, a separate shower cabin and a separate WC. The private balcony, with the outdoor sitting area, is oriented toward the magnificent seascape.
