Villa Felicity is nestled at the heart of Kefalonia's western coast district in the beautiful Svoronata village, is in close distance to 5 of the most picturesque beaches on Kefalonia (closest being 1km), within just a couple of min drive from the island's airport and just a 9km to the capital - Argostoli.

The villa measures 350 m² of interior space featuring in total 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and 750 m² of exterior space.Villa Felicity boasts a Panoramic pool view and its design follows mainly an 'open plan'  layout, giving to its residents easy access to the indoor & outdoor areas.

It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, a living room, and a library/study room.
