Meganissi is a picturesque five-star island in the Ionian Sea, four miles southeast of Lefkada island and 1.5 miles from Skorpios. It is the largest island of a cluster of islands (Scorpios, Scorpidi, Tsokari, Madouri, Sparti, Heloni), which constitutes the administrative district of the Municipality of Meganisi.
