The traditional-style residences complex 'Nissia' (meaning islands) is situated on the seafront five hundred meters from Dapia, the centre of Spetses. Designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque and highly cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the complex incorporates a carefully restored early 20th century building, which has been officially declared and listed as one of the islands most significant historic monuments, and newly built high calibre residences created with taste and special care for every detail by combining tradition with modern times

The residences which include studios, suites, maisonettes and presidential residences (situated in the two towers of the restored building) offer their guests a comfortable and memorable stay. Every residence features television with satellite reception, wi-fi internet at external areas, direct-dial telephone, independent air-conditioning /heating, a private veranda or balcony, bathroom with bath, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and in most a fire place and a separate living /dining room.

Other facilities include a large swimming pool with a separate section for children, a coffee-bar / restaurant and a games room.

The Café Nissia offers high quality breakfast at the two wonderful verandas overlooking the sea as well as snacks and light meals by the pool until 17:00.

The loft is reached by a wooden staircase and is furnished with two single beds and a separate WC in most.
