The Modernist
Thessaloniki

The Modernist is located in downtown Thessaloniki - occupying a 1920's building that has been strikingly restored, its minimalist yet sensual design combines old-world grace and new-age hospitality.

The neighbourhood is as central as it gets, a few strides from Aristotelous square and minutes from the scenic waterfront, historical landmarks, shopping and nightlife.

The 41 contemporary rooms have been uniquely designed and decorated in 2018 and can comfortably accommodate single travelers as well as couples and families up to four.
All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors.

We like to think of the rooms as modern-day living spaces. There's an urban club feel to the cool elegance and soft sobriety of the décor, against the backdrop of its handsome old bones. Designed to fit individual needs, they come in different sizes, S, M, L and XL, each with their own character, corners, and a sense of order derived from custom lighting and furniture made to measure for each and every space. The only variable are the furnished balconies which differ in size and views.
